How to Upload Your Post Analytics When We Ask for Proof

Payouts on Performance Collab are verified automatically. If we ever ask for proof of your post's analytics, here's how to record and upload it.

Good news first: for almost every campaign, you don’t need to upload anything. Performance Collab checks your views automatically and pays you at the campaign’s CPM. This guide is only for the rare times we ask you to send proof of your post’s analytics.

How payouts normally work

  1. You post and submit your link. Share the public link to your campaign post in your Performance Collab dashboard.
  2. We check your views automatically. Our system reads the view count on your public post and verifies it. You don’t need to send screenshots or recordings.
  3. You get paid. Verified views are paid out at the campaign’s CPM, automatically.

That’s it. No invoices, no chasing, no uploads.

When we might ask for proof

Once in a while, our system flags a post for a closer look. That can happen when:

  • Views jump in a way that looks unusual
  • The numbers on a post don’t line up
  • We can’t read the post’s views automatically

A request doesn’t mean you did anything wrong. It just means we need to see the numbers straight from your analytics before we pay out on that post. If we need proof, we’ll let you know, and you can upload it from your campaign in your Performance Collab dashboard.

What to send

A screen recording of your post’s full analytics, scrolling from top to bottom. Screenshots can’t be accepted, because a recording shows the numbers are live and unedited.

How to record your analytics on iPhone

  1. Turn on Screen Recording. Open Control Center and tap the Screen Recording button. If you don’t see it, add it to Control Center in Settings.
  2. Start recording. Tap the button and wait for the countdown.
  3. Open your post. Go to the app where you posted (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X), open the campaign post and tap View Insights or Analytics.
  4. Scroll through everything. Slowly scroll from the top of the analytics screen to the bottom so every number is visible: views, reach and engagement.
  5. Stop recording. Your video saves to your Photos.
  6. Upload it. Log in to Performance Collab, open the campaign and upload the recording where we’ve asked for it.

How to record your analytics on Android

  1. Turn on Screen Record. Swipe down from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings and tap Screen Record. If it’s missing, tap the edit (pencil) button to add it.
  2. Start recording. Tap Start and wait for the countdown.
  3. Open your post. Go to the app where you posted, open the campaign post and tap Insights or Post analytics.
  4. Scroll through everything. Slowly scroll from top to bottom so every number is visible.
  5. Stop recording. Your video saves to your gallery.
  6. Upload it. Log in to Performance Collab, open the campaign and upload the recording where we’ve asked for it.

Tips so your proof gets approved the first time

  • Scroll slowly. A steady video where every number can be read is approved faster.
  • Show the whole page. Partial recordings may be sent back for a new one.
  • Record the right post. Make sure it’s the post you submitted for the campaign.
  • Send it soon. The sooner we get it, the sooner your payout goes out.

What happens next

We review your recording, confirm the numbers, and your payout for that post goes out automatically at the campaign’s CPM. Views that don’t hold up aren’t paid, for any creator, which keeps every campaign fair for you and the brands you work with.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to upload my analytics for every post?

No. Views are checked automatically. You only upload analytics if we ask you to.

Does a proof request mean I did something wrong?

No. It means our system wants a second look at the numbers on one post. Send the recording and your payout carries on as normal.

Can I send a screenshot instead?

No. We only accept a screen recording, because it shows the analytics are live and complete.

What if I can’t open my analytics?

Some platforms only show analytics on creator or business accounts. If you can’t see them, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.

Ready to send your first campaign?
